FALL FESTIVAL REGISTRATION NOTE: The registration process has been changed. The new process is as follows:

1. Complete the Fall Festival Registration Request Form at the link below.

2. Soon after the Chair will send you a Registration spreadsheet on which you can enter your name & teacher number and all of your students — you no longer must submit a new form for each student and you'll be able to review all of your information when you are done.

3. Once you have entered all of your students on the Registration spreadsheet and confirmed it is complete and correct, you will be done.
